I believe the site had good information. Time will tell if my item was truly in stock. But the site went down during the order process, and I had to wait then start over. (A week later): They were slow to acknowledge my purchase, taking several hours, but the refrigerator was delivered the next day as stated on the website, so it all worked out. |

pretty straight forward so far. the problem i have had in the PAST with the sears outlet site is that they have told me that a product is available, taken my money/payment and then notified me after payment has cleared that they no longer have the product. this DESPITE sears verifying that the product is in stock before taking payment. this has happened on two separate occasions. |

contents was good,but the order did not contain a owners manuel so i know how to use it and it was missing the stylist pen that was suppose to be in it.I called Sears and the guy on pkone told me to goto a website to look up manual didnt even ask me what product was i ordered.The manual was not there.So Im back to square one still cant use product.Sear needes to check orders before sent out to make sure everything is inside box.Very unhappy |

The website was easy to navigate and the search feature found exactly what I was seeking. The price was very competitive. I was slightly confused by the delivery date. The "Next Steps for your online Purchase" page stated delivery in 2-3 weeks. The shipping information prior to this page indicated a shorter delivery time. |

The item has not been delivered yet so I cannot rate the delivery or item at this time. I am hoping that this will be a good experience as I have had good service and have been pleased with purchased from Sears in the past. |

Ordered a Dishwasher via Sears Outlet for pickup at a store. The item wasn't available. My checking account was charged inspite of assuarances from3 different Sear people that the order would be cancelled. |
