Best bang for your buck. Needed a new toilet and begin searching for a cheap one. Long story short we bought a luxury toto toilet at a lowest price I could find anywhere! It got even better, the toilet came way sooner than expected; it actually came the next day! |

SHOP ELSEWHERE!! This company has non-existant customer service. Ordered BLANCO sink and faucet for a kitchen remodel in mid-October. Product sat in my garage for a month until ready for install. The Blanco Linus faucet leaked profusely immediately after intall and plumber could not fix. Called HOME (not) PERFECT and was informed due to thirty days passing and being installed I would have to take this up with the manufacturer. I was lead to believe once I had a new factory replacement I could use it as credit against another faucet. Now apparently and rudely made clear by HOME (not even close) PERFECT this will not happen. Poor customer service will ultimately be this company's demise and deservedly so. |

placed an orderf for 2 items that must connect together for it to work. (split system heat pump indoor and outdoor units) 1 item was in stock and the other was not. The 19th, "sam" wrote on my order the 'in stock' unit was now backordered. Customer service (Frank Wu) says they do not stock the item that was not shipped and it would be weeks to get it IF I ordered it again. They charge your credit card right away and not ship the items. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY. |

Ordered moen shower faucet/spa in Feb, it is now April and I still do not have faucet. Customer service tells me that if I am not happy, I can cancel the order and buy it somewhere else, the price is so low, I should expect to have to wait. I wouyld not buy or recommend to ANYONE, EVER!!! |

Was a bit nervous about ordering from HomePerfect after reading some of the poor reviews, but their prices convinced me to take the risk. Received EXCELLENT and TIMELY service. Prior to placing my order, I verified by phone that the items I wanted were in stock. Customer service was friendly & helpful. Order confirmation email showed a slightly larger price on 1 item than what was shown on website. I called customer service and they promptly refunded the overcharge. Happy with the quality, condition and price of all the faucets and sinks I ordered. Very pleased with my experience with this company and I recommend them! |

Our local plumbing supply made an error in sending the correct sink after they had the order for 6 weeks and could not get it to us in the time needed to keep our remodel on time. HomePerfect not only had the sink, but got in to us promptly to avoid any delay. Thanks! |

Home Perfect are either terrible retailers, or dishonest retailers. My suspicion is that it is the latter... They list a few items at good prices, and pretend they are in stock and shipping in 1-2 days. Then they tell you that they are actually backordered for weeks, but claim they have dispatched the other (less well priced) items so that you have to buy those from them. In my case, it turns out they hadn't dispatched them, they were just telling me that. Once they've shipped, you can't cancel or refuse the delivery without paying a disproportionate 'restocking' fee. I emailed them asking for an explanation, but they did not reply. My advice: don't buy from these people unless you like to be played. |

After about 2 months of research, I found the composite granite sink my wife wanted and at the price I wanted. Ordering was painless, and shipment was fast. It arrived in perfect condition. We had it installed and my wife loves it. She shows it off to anyone who comes to the house. Thanks for a great experience. |

Faucets were described as "in Stock". After a few minutes they took my money. The faucets were (of corse) not in stock. After several calls and emails they were always in back order. After nearly 3 month the faucets arrived but I do not need them enymore. They send them out before I could cancel the contract. I send them back and they charged me 25% restocking fee!!! Beware of this company. It took also a couple weeks until I got back the 75%. |

These people are the worst that I have ever dealt with. They took my order and sent an email stating that the product was "IN STOCK" and that it could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Five days before the 3 weeks was up, I called to see if the product was on schedule, only to be told that it was on back order and could take from 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered. The person that I talked to asked if he could check to see if a unit was available in a wharehouse close to me so that it could be delivered on the original schedule. When I called him back the next day he told me that my unit had shipped and would be another 3 weeks before delivery. I had already scheduled a contractor to do the installation and now had to pay for the change in schedule, so I asked to cancel the order so I could buy a replacement locally. I was then told that I could not cancel because the unit had already shipped. These people cost me more money than if I had purchased the most costly alternative locally! |

Terrible customer service....read any reviews, just terrible.I was charged 3x for the same order.....took almost one month to resolve, but was resolved. My original order was missing one item, but item was clearly marked as in stock and listed as shipped. Took two phone calls to figure out where it was then was back ordered for three weeks so canceled item. Never received confirmation of cancellation and took another two phone calls to get resolved. Have tried repeatedly to get off their mailing list and they keep putting me back on it. They have the lowest prices, but it will come at a price if you have a problem with your order. Good luck with this company!! |

I am very disappointed at the customer service,because once your order has shipped they act like they don't care about the following inquiries. I actually bought an item which price was reduced by 300 dollars the following day, so I called hoping for a refund like any other store would do within a month of your purchase, and the representative was just arrogant, and unpleasant. |
